Before we begin again


Hey Reader,

I'm really proud of the year I had in 2025. It wasn't flashy. I didn't hit record breaking numbers in my business.

I focused on me.

I focused on family.

I started dreaming what's next for my business.

And it was exactly what I needed.

Looking back on the year I feel grounded. I feel joy deep in my bones. I feel content. I feel GOOD.

Now I will take a minute to toot my own horn. Toot toot! I had one clear intention for 2025. ME. And that didn't feel selfish at all. I was super clear I wanted to come home to myself after two babies. I wanted to root down, focus on my own healing and joy, and re-discover who I am now.

I did just that. And I'm still doing that.

I worked with a coach for six months, and I lost 25lbs and gained a good bit of muscle. It was HARD. Being in a calorie deficit while lifting weights AND breastfeeding made me an angry elf. Woo buddy. I'm so glad I had support and accountability to make it through. And I'm so excited to carry this momentum into 2026 as I keep getting stronger.

I also read over 40 books. Just for fun. No self-help. No personal development. No business reading. Just a whole lot of faerie smut and fun fiction reads. My mental health soared. I stopped scrolling endlessly and instead read over 22,000 pages.

What a remarkable year.

I'd love to share this practice with you. Knowing how you want to feel in 2026 changes everything. Making a strategic plan puts you on the right path. And spoiler alert, I'm really good at facilitating this practice for others.

A 90-minute ($19!!) intention-setting workshop

Before we rush into the next year, let’s pause.

This 90-minute workshop is a guided space to:

  • Reflect on 2025 with honesty and compassion
  • Find completion with what you’re ready to leave behind
  • Reconnect with what matters most to you now
  • Set grounded, embodied intentions for 2026

What we’ll do together

  • Gently reflect on the year you’ve just lived
  • Release patterns, expectations, or identities that no longer fit
  • Clarify how you want to feel in 2026
  • Create a small set of meaningful intentions you can actually live with

You’ll leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself — with intentions that feel supportive instead of pressuring.

SOMATIC TIP FOR BUSINESS:

know your why

Tis the season of company kick-offs soon. All hands. Flashy lights on the stage. Dinners and drinks.

But before you get swept up in the 2026 company priorities, make sure you know your why for you.

Here's 3 questions to reflect on before you step back into the office.

  • Why am I doing this work in this season of my life — and does my body still feel aligned with that why?
  • What am I saying yes to that quietly pulls me away from how I want to live and lead?
  • What boundary would protect my energy so I can lead with clarity instead of urgency?

Somatic tip for life:
Life Practice: Know Your Why (Somatic Check-In)

Before you decide, commit, or say yes — pause and let your body weigh in.

Try this:

  1. Stand or sit with both feet on the ground.
    Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
    Take a slow breath out through your mouth.
  2. Bring to mind the life you’re currently building.
    Your pace.
    Your routines.
    Your responsibilities.
    Don’t over analyze, just notice.
  3. Ask your body (not your mind):
    “Why am I living this way right now?”
    Stay with the sensations that arise — expansion, tightness, ease, heaviness.
  4. Now ask:
    “Does this why still feel true for me?”
    Notice where your body softens… and where it resists.
  5. Finish with one grounding question:
    “What would support me living my why more honestly?”

Take one more slow exhale.
Let whatever came up be enough for today.

You don’t need immediate answers.
Clarity comes from listening.
