• A quiet, comfortable space where you can reflect
• Optional: tea, water, a cozy layer, shoot go ahead and light that new candle too :)

What We’ll Do:

• Gently reflect on 2025 and create a sense of completion
• Release what you’re ready to leave behind
• Set grounded, embodied intentions for 2026
• Move slowly, thoughtfully, and with care — no pressure, no fixing

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
Just arrive as you are.
