The Relaxed Woman is a six-week journey back to the version of you who is grounded, boundaried, spacious, resourced, and fully alive — while being supported by a community of women who are walking this same path with you.
Because healing is amplified in connection.
Regulation is easier when you’re not alone.
And becoming relaxed is more possible when other women are relaxing beside you.

How We’ll Move Together (Week by Week)
Week 1 — Intentions + Values
Your life has shifted. Your desires have shifted.
Now your values get to shift too.
We drop into: “Where am I now? What do I want now? What matters most right now?”
Values work, journaling, and a playlist (or two) to set the mood.
Week 2 — Nervous System Regulation + Embodied Presence
You can’t be a relaxed woman in a tense body.
This week is all about safety, presence, and somatic tools — practiced together, witnessed together.
You’ll walk away with a whole toolbox of somatic tools to connect to your body and work with your emotions before they overwhelm you.
Week 3 — Energetic Boundaries
The relaxed woman is boundaried.
She says no generously and with a full chest.
She takes up space. She anchors.
And she does all of this inside a circle of women who celebrate her boundaries instead of punishing them.
This week we practice a tool to root into your body, find your energetic edge, and clear out the shit that was never yours to carry.
Week 4 — Archetypes + Parts
Why do we drift? Where did we learn to overgive, overwork, or disappear?
Through parts work, reflection, and connection with women who recognize your story,
we meet the patterns that keep you small — and begin integrating them.
Week 5 — Support Systems (Emotional, Social, Physical)
Let’s be honest:
You cannot become a relaxed woman while trying to do everything alone.
This week is about rebuilding the scaffolding of your life — childcare, home, emotional support, social nourishment, logistics.
And you’ll do it surrounded by women who are also ready to stop carrying everything by themselves.
Week 6 — Rest, Pleasure, Joy + Final Commitments
We end with your new blueprint:
What you want.
What sustains you.
What brings ease.
What brings softness.
And the small, meaningful commitments that make it real — held inside a community that continues to lift you long after the program ends.
